Meet Madalene Hebrand, LCSW
My work is guided by both professional training and life experience. Having raised a family, lived abroad, and navigated three different careers; also in the corporate sector, I bring a unique perspective to therapy—one that deeply understands cultural differences, relational dynamics, and the complexities of change throughout all life stages.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to meet each client where they are. Together, we focus on building the tools and insight needed to manage challenges, heal from the past, and move toward meaningful growth.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone has the capacity to learn, grow, and create lasting change at any stage of life. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel both understood and empowered.
